Creative Cloud for teams trial is currently available only in the United States.
You can start a free Creative Cloud for teams trial with all apps for you and up to nine other team members for 14 days. You can invite and manage the trial licenses from the Admin Console. No credit card or payment details are required.
You can invite users to the trial right after you sign up, or anytime during the 14-day trial using the Admin Console. See what is included in the Creative Cloud for teams trial.
After signing up, you become the administrator of the teams' trial licenses.
Click Invite Your Team to start adding users right away. The 14-day trial starts as you sign up, not when the users sign in. Once they join, they have access to the Creative Cloud apps for the remaining days left in the trial.
Note:
- You can sign up for the Creative Cloud for teams trial if you don't have an Adobe account, have a free Creative Cloud membership, or have a paid individual subscription.
- You are not eligible if you've already started a Creative Cloud for teams trial program or if you have an existing Creative Cloud for teams or enterprise subscription.
As an administrator, you can invite nine other team members to the Creative Cloud for teams trial, or ten if you unassign your own license. As you invite team members, they receive a welcome email from Adobe with a link to get started.
To add users or assign licenses to users, navigate to Admin Console > Overview > Assign Now. Learn more.
Here is how you can get started and access the Creative Cloud applications:
When you sign up for the Creative Cloud for teams trial, apart from becoming the administrator, you are also assigned a teams' trial license for all apps.
Click Download Apps in the welcome email received from Adobe to start installing the Creative Cloud apps. A trial prompt appears on launching the applications licensed using the Creative Cloud for teams trial program indicating the number of days left in the trial. Clicking Continue Trial launches the application.
A notification inside the application also shows the number of days left in trial.
The team members you invite to join the trial, receive a welcome email. Clicking Get Started in the email, new users are prompted to create an account to sign up, and users who already have an Adobe ID are prompted to sign in. After signing in, users can install the Creative Cloud apps.
A trial prompt appears on launching the applications licensed using the Creative Cloud for teams trial program indicating the number of days left in the trial. Clicking Continue Trial launches the application. A notification inside the application also shows the number of days left in trial.
If users with an existing individual subscription start or join a team trial, they don't see the trial prompts within the applications they already have the subscription to. However, all the Creative Cloud for teams trial features (if any) are unblocked for use during the team trial. After the trial ends, access reverts to the state it was before the trial. The user can continue using the individual subscription without the team features that were unlocked for the trial.
The team members cannot convert the trial into a paid subscription, only the administrator of the team can do so. As an administrator, if you decide to convert the trial into a paid subscription, the users with existing individual licenses can cancel their individual subscription.
As the administrator of the Creative Cloud for teams trial, you can purchase Creative Cloud for teams anytime during or after your trial period.
Converting the trial into a paid subscription allows the users to keep using their Creative Cloud apps. The paid subscription offers additional benefits like:
- 1TB cloud storage for each user
- 24/7 assisted support
- Access to Adobe Talent
You can choose to purchase the All apps plan, or a mix of apps for your team.
You must be an admin to convert your trial into a paid subscription.
- After you convert the trial to a paid subscription, purchasing ten or more licenses for Creative Cloud for teams All apps plan, all the users you had assigned licenses to are moved over to paid licenses. The trial prompts no longer appear on launching the applications or in the Admin Console.
- If you purchase a mix of apps instead of the All apps plan for your team, you must assign the purchased licenses to your users. The users in trial are not automatically moved to the paid licenses.
- If you purchase fewer licenses of Creative Cloud for teams All apps plan than what you assigned in the trial, the users are not automatically moved over to the paid licenses. To provide access to the users, you must assign users to the purchased licenses. All the users assigned to the trial plan lose access to products at the end of the trial.

However, the apps with freemium access, downgrade to basic membership levels (For example, XD and Adobe Premiere Rush), and apps with paid access do not launch.
If you do not convert your trial plan into a paid subscription, your trial expires after 14 days.
You do not lose access to the Admin Console after your trial expires. You can sign in to the Admin Console to convert your trial to a paid subscription at any time before or after the trial expires. However, you can't manage your users or licenses anymore using the Admin Console.
When the trial expires, access to apps and services are interrupted. Users' accounts downgrade to Creative Cloud free membership. The users can still access the content stored in Creative Cloud.
